Anionic polyacrylamide is a water-soluble polymers. Due to its molecular chain containing a certain number of polar groups, it can adsorption the solid particles suspended in water, bridging between the particles or the particles flocculation by charge neutralization to form large flocs. So it can accelerate the sedimentation of particles in suspension, have a very clear clarification for filtering . Mainly used for various industrial wastewater flocculation, sedimentation clarification treatment, such as steel plant wastewater, electroplating plants and waste water, coal washing waste water sewage treatment, sludge dewatering. It can also be used for drinking water clarification and purification.

Method of Use

1.When using, match the concentration of aqueous solution into 0.1% to use neuter excluding salts sundry water advisable.

2.When dissolved,anionic polyacrylamide products thrown into the water evenly, stirring speed controlled  in the 100 ~ 300rpm. Appropriate heating (<60 ° C), can accelerate the dissolution.

3. Adjust the PH value of solution to be processed, so that anionic polyacrylamide product fully play its role (through testing to choose the best PH value and the amount of the product.)

4. Adding anionic polyacrylamide product into solution,should speed up the mixing, appear floc properties, slowing stir speed, to form floc properties and accelerate settlement.

Applicable scope

1.Used in textile, dyeing and printing industry. APAM as fabric processing sizing agent, finishing agent, and it can create a supple and anti-wrinkle, prevent mould layer of protection. Use it hygroscopicity of strong characteristic, can reduce the spinning yarn breakage rate. PAM can prevent electrostatic fabric and flame retardant. Used as auxiliaries, PAM can make the product adherent fastness, also used as bleaching of the silicon polymer stabilizers.

2.Mainly used for flocculant: for suspended particles, thicker, high concentration, water for neutral or alkaline PH value, because APAM molecular chain containing a certain amount polarity base,it can absorb water suspended solid particles, make bridging between particles formed big floc properties. So it accelerated the settlement.The products are widely used in chemical industry waste water, wastewater treatment, municipal sewage treatment. 4.Used in paper industry, enhance fillers, pigment remaining rate. Storage and Packaging

Solid products with polypropylene woven bag lined with plastic bag, net weight 25kg; this product are hygroscopic, must be sealed stored in a cool dry place, temperature is lower than 35 ℃.
